A Sense of Peace and Wellness: Weekly Free Community Yoga Invites Irvington Residents to Embrace Tranquility

On Wednesdays, as the sun starts to dip below the horizon and a gentle breeze sweeps through, the residents of Irvington and nearby neighborhoods are always warmly invited to a revitalizing weekly community yoga session at Greene Terrace Playground.

Physical Therapy

The sessions, guided by Holistic Health Coach Ms. Tashonda Ferguson from Free Flowing Wellness, will take place every Wednesday evening from 6:30 to 7:30 from August through October.

Yoga has long been cherished for its benefits, promoting physical vitality, mental clarity, and emotional harmony.

This endeavor seeks to bring these advantages right into the heart of the community, offering a serene space for individuals of every age and skill level to come together, unwind, and embrace a holistic path to well-being.

Ferguson, a seasoned Holistic Health Coach with a background in Physical Therapy, will lead participants through a blend of soothing and energizing yoga poses, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques.

Her wealth of knowledge in holistic health ensures that attendees will not only experience the physical advantages of yoga but also gain tools to handle stress, enhance mindfulness, and elevate overall well-being.

Attendees are suggested to bring their own yoga mats or comfortable blankets, don relaxed attire, and embrace an open-hearted mindset.
